In 2005, we founded our new contracting company Four Seasons Constructions & Contracting Co. (FSCC) as a sister company to "Sirriyeh Company for Residential Projects". FSCC was founded to be our leading contracting company focusing on new fields of construction where high technical details are required, such as Fast-Food restaurants, new modern villas, and office buildings.

"Sirriyeh Company for Residential Projects" was originally established in the year 1973 under the slogan: "Unique Residences for Unique Residents" and is proud of keeping up with this slogan and proud of the constant efforts to choose the best locations and present the best Interior and Exterior Designs.

We would like to present this great achievement to the founder of "Sirriyeh Company for Residential Projects" the late Mohammed Sirriyeh (Abu Hussein) may God bless his soul who was the first person to own the official registration papers of the first apartment building registration in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and to each and every family that grew within the residential buildings built throughout the past years.

Our rule number one at FSCC is "customer satisfaction". We believe in building a strong and trustful relationship with our customers through quality work. We believe that inspired ideas create inspired constructions and quality can never ever be compromised.

FSCC built up a good reputation for unique and quality construction with professional management inputs, so that every customer does not move into just another residential or commercial complex, but rather into a whole new experience. Complementing the rich technical expertise and managerial resource base of the company, is a panel of renowned resources bringing in a unique blend of talent that fulfill the company's most fundamental inspiration which is "Creation not just Construction".

A strong and successful building is constructed on strong foundations. These basic foundations are simply summarized in trust, and continuous communication between builder and owner. Our name in Amman-Jordan has been associated with trustworthiness, along with producing quality products at competitive prices. In a relatively small market we witnessed the growth of many contracting companies who reached the top but could not sustain while we maintained steady and smooth growth over these long years.
